No creative nonprofit algebra.
Who hosted, what cause, what came in, what the card fees took, and what the cause got. Posted about a week after each event.
Where the Kinks Went
You deserve receipts, transparency isn’t useful if the information disappears into somebody’s inbox. After events, we publish fundraising results so the community can see what the Kink Dispenser accomplished: which event hosted it, what cause was selected, how much was collected, what credit-card processing fees were charged, and how much was generated for that cause.
You put money into the machine, we want you to be able to see where it went. No mysterious percentages. No creative nonprofit algebra. No “a portion of proceeds” doing an unreasonable amount of linguistic labor. Just tiny plastic nonsense, successfully converted into something genuinely useful.
The receipts
Nothing here yet. The first receipts go up about a week after the Kink Dispenser’s first event.
When will the numbers appear?
Master Malcolm prepares detailed fundraising accounting approximately one week after the event after we’ve had time to get home, unpack, cope with drop, locate the relevant belongings, and return to a state in which spreadsheets are a reasonable activity. We post the full accounting and show proof it was sent to the appropriate party because “The Kink Dispenser collected it” and “the cause has received it” aren’t interchangeable sentences.
